Gratitude towards everything around us

How are you all??? I hope you all must be fine. Gratitude is like having a positive attitude towards everything around us. Showing respect to the others, elders and family members and all the other beings and things in the world.

Gratitude, thankfulness, or gratefulness is a feeling of appreciation by a recipient of another’s kindness. This kindness can be gifts, help, favors, or another form of generosity to another person. 

Gratitude is one of many positive emotions. It’s about focusing on what’s good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have. Gratitude is pausing to notice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, even computer access.

Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

It can be defined as, Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Some tips from my side to my friends are as follows :- 

1) Always say thanks to the people who value you.

2) Give respect to others.

3) Show courtesy towards every being.

4) Treat everyone with equality. 

Your attitude should always be your gratitude.
