Introduction
Hope everything is fine….So, here I am presenting my next blog on Self Doubt. One should never ever doubt himself or herself. So, when does it occur??
Self Doubt occurs when we lack confidence or feel incapable of doing things we need to do. People who doubt about themselves experience uncertainty around things they can’t control or worry about things not going according to plan.
A certain level of self-doubt is good because it indicates that you understand what you need to improve in order to do a better job. However, persistent fear and self-doubt can hugely affect your life in a bad way.
Self Doubt increases fear of failure. It increases stress and negative pressure. But, if we gather courage and if we have strong will power, then nothing is impossible for us to do any kind of work.
The biggest example of achieving success on self-doubt is Mr. Sachin Tendulkar Sir as he was so dedicated, determined and disciplined about his work.
Another great example is Mr. Amitabh Bachchan Sir as he is the inspiration for many people.
Mr. Narendra Modi Sir who has served all his life for serving not to the people of India but to the whole world. People from all around the world are impressed with his work, his dedication, his will power and his mindset and the abilities to solve problem on a huge level.
There are so many people who created history not for them, not for their families but for the whole world.
May be you will be the reason for creating a unique history in our world. So, never ever lose hope on any situation or any circumstance.
You can do it and you will definitely do it.
You can bring the change, you are the change and you will be the change for sure.
Some tips from my side to all my friends :-
1 Always have your back for yourself, your family and friends.
2) Try to communicate with your inner self.
3) Try to talk to the person who can truly guide you and support you through your highs and lows.
