The tournament will unfold across seven distinct venues:

Remaining Places and Qualifying Competitions
The remaining four spots are up for grabs:
- AFC (Asian Football Confederation): Three and a half spots are available.

The AFC U-23 Asian Cup, held in Qatar from April 15th to May 3rd, 2024, will determine three automatic qualifiers for Paris 2024. The fourth-placed team will enter the AFC-CAF play-off.

Format
- The 16 teams will be divided into four groups of four.
- The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout phase.

- Each squad will consist of 18 players.
